Refunds & Returns Policy
Except where expressly stated on a specific product page or required by law, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been dispatched.
This policy applies to all products unless a different policy is clearly displayed on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us within 7 days if:
- Your item is damaged or defective,
- Your order is missing components, or
- You have received the wrong item.
We may ask for photos and other details so we can assess the issue.
Where possible, we will work with you to resolve the problem. This may include sourcing replacement parts or components at cost to you, including any applicable shipping charges. In some circumstances required by law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Replacement Parts
We understand that board games and components can sometimes arrive with manufacturing defects or may be lost or damaged over time.
Where stock is available, we can usually supply replacement parts (such as tokens, cards, boards, or other components) for a fee. This fee will cover:
- The cost of the replacement components, and
- Packing and shipping to your address.
To request replacement parts, please email us at support@foxholegames.co.uk with your order number, a description of the part(s) needed, and photos where relevant.
Statutory Rights & Cooling-Off Period (UK & EU)
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude your statutory rights.
If you are a consumer in the UK or the European Union and you purchased online or at a distance, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel your order for most goods for any reason. If this applies, you will need to inform us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To exercise this right (where applicable):
- Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging, and
- You must be able to provide proof of purchase.
